    Auberon Mezcal Paloma

    An after-dark smoky sweet pivot

    25ml Mezcal
    25ml Auberon
    10ml Lime Juice
    Splash Grapefruit Soda

    In a tumbler add large ice
    Stir all ingredients together
    Garnish with dried citrus.

    25 ml gin/vodka
    25 ml Auberon
    English sparkling wine or
    Prosecco to taste
    Splash soda

    Fill a wine glass with cubed ice,
    stir all ingredients together and 
    garnish with rosemary.

    The decisive first drink

    40ml Gin/Vodka
    20ml Auberon

    Chill a martini coupe,
    stir all the ingredients with ice, double strain
    and garnish with a Maraschino cherry.

    Auberon Margarita

    Sunshine and celebration

    30 ml tequila
    20 ml Auberon
    10 ml lime juice
    5 ml sugar syrup

    Edge a Margarita glass with Tajin or just salt, in a cocktail shaker, shake all ingredients with
    cubed ice and double strain.

    50ml Auberon
    150ml Soda

    In a highball glass add a collins spear
    or cubed ice, stir all ingredients slightly
    and garnish with rhubarb.
